delivery
2 – 4 weeks. If the piece is in stock it can be much quicker. If you have a special date in mind, do not hesitate to contact Hannah to discuss this. P&P is an additional £8. All work is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

payment
Required in full before delivery. Can be made by Cheque or Credit Card

refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase a full refund will be issued on safe return of the items within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be made on postage. Commissioned pieces will be refunded less the agreed deposit.

Materials
Each piece of jewellery is carefully handmade by Hannah to the highest standard. Hannah works in sterling silver and 18ct gold. Work is hallmarked to British hallmarking regulations. All diamonds are of high quality and sourced through ethical means.

Re- working Gold
The techniques that Hannah uses means she can re-work high carat yellow golds, 18ct gold and above. If you are interested in commissioning a piece in this way please contact Hannah.
